After several years of carefully nurturing our casks we are delighted to announce the first of our Single Malt Whisky releases.
Our vatted releases are a marriage of complementary casks to create a smooth and well rounded whisky. Our whisky is never chill filtered or flocked to ensure a true depth of flavour.

Cask Size: 4 x 100 litres
Oak: American & French
Cask Provenance: 2 x Old Forester Bourbon, 1 x Port, 1 x PX Sherry
Cooper: A Stiller & SA Cooperage
Batch yield: 630 bottles
Lengthy, steadily drying leaving you pondering the complexity
Nose: Citrus, floral, toffee, fudge, smooth spices, coconut, vanilla
Palate: Nutty, spice, new leather, , earth, raspberries
Finish: Long with good heat
Malt: South Australian gown and malted Pilsner
Fermentation: 7 days
