The classic Italian sweet and citrusy, but bitter apertif. This simple cocktail with its complex layer of flavours is a real favourite of ours.
- 30ml Rare Dry
- 30ml Okar Amaro (or Campari)
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- Orange peel to garnish
- Pour ingredients over ice into an Old Fashioned glass (we like a large single ice cube)
- Stir for 30 seconds
- Twist the orange peel over the Negroni and place it in
