Blood Orange Gin Sangria

A light, citrus filled, refreshing, vibrant orange Sangria perfect for kicking off your next Mexican party.


  • 300ml Wild Citrus
  • 1 bottle Sauvignon Blanc (dry)
  • ½ cup Aperol liqueur
  • ½ cup Caster sugar
  • Blood Oranges, thinly sliced (or navel oranges)
  • Limes, thinly sliced
  • ½ large cucumber, thinly sliced
  • Sparkling water


  1. Pour the wine, gin and Aperol into a large jug or punch bowl
  2. Add the caster sugar and stir until dissolved, add ½ first, and adjust to taste)
  3. Add blood oranges, cucumbers and limes
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve
  5. Add ice to a stemless wine glass or tumbler, fill with 2/3 sangria
  6. Top with sparkling water
