A really refreshing alternative to a G&T. The mandarin in the gin pairs beautifully with the ginger and mint.
- 30ml Wild Citrus
- 90ml Light Ginger Ale (we like Fever-Tree Premium Ginger Ale)
- Navel orange wheel
- Fresh mint to garnish (river mint works really well for an Australian twist)
- Combine all ingredients into a generously iced gin glass
- Garnish with a sprig of mint and a navel orange wheel
